What comes with my order?

Well, everything you ordered of course! As well as a handwritten receipt, thank you note, and sometimes just random goodies I bought to put in orders. :)

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Depending on what day you ordered it, give at least 3-5 business days before your package gets shipped. Sometimes it ships the next day, it all varies. But if more than 5 days have passed and you have not received an email confirming shipment, please email me with your order number.

If your order is something that is custom made or made to order, please allow an additional week as well at the 5 days maximum for your order to ship out.

I want a commission!

Great! Please refer to the listing in my shop that says 'Commissions' on it. Here's a link

My address is wrong with my order! I need to change -insert information- on my order!

Don't fret! Every order comes with 1 day processing time before it begins to be prepared. You have 24 hours to change whatever it is you need to on your order. Send me an email at [email protected] with your order number and the corrected information.

When will my stuff get here?

After you receive the email that your order has been shipped, in the US it should take 3-8 days to reach you, and for other areas of the world please allow 2-4 weeks (depending on where you are).

I never received my order!!! :(
